No Show & Cancelation Policy

At Lash & Snatch, we understand that emergencies happen and things come up. Please be courteous and contact us once you know, so that we may contact our clients on waitlists. If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of your service fee will be charged to the card on file that was placed to book your appointment. If you cancel/ no show the day of your appointment, 100% of your service will be charged to the card on file that was placed to book your appointment. If you purchased a body sculpting package and cancel, no show, or reschedule the same day, your missed session will be subtracted from the package you purchased.

While cancellations are a part of the job, you can help eliminate late cancellations and no-shows at our salon by rescheduling your appointments ahead of time. We make it easy for clients to reschedule at least 48 prior to their appointments — because, well, we know life happens. Please reschedule your appointment/s by calling the salon (if no answer, please directly contact your technician) or revising your appointment on Varago. Rescheduled appointments will not be charged as no show/ cancelations.

Late Policy

At Lash & Snatch, we understand that things happen and that you can't always control it. Please be courteous and contact us once you know you are running behind so that we are aware and can prep accordingly. We will accept late appointments up to 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, unless stated otherwise in writing/ text by your technician. After 10 minutes, your appointment is subjected to an added rush fee, or your appointment will be canceled, and our No Show & Cancelation Policy will apply, unless stated otherwise in writing/ text by your technician. We try our best to accommodate many situations and late arrivals.

While late appointments are a part of the job, you can help eliminate tardiness at our salon by rescheduling your appointments ahead of time if you know that you will run late to your appointment. Refund Policy

Our goal at Lash & Snatch is for each client to love their results. In the event of dissatisfaction of our service(s) and/or product(s), our refund policy is laid out as such:

  1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within twenty-four (24) hours of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact the technician who performed your service and schedule a time to return to the salon so your service's work can be inspected. Please note that this will be at the desecration of the technician who performed your service and of the salon owner. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems at no additional charge.
  2. Refunds for products purchased from our salon will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if 75% or more of the product is left in the original packaging. For all product refunds, a receipt/ proof of purchase is required.

Privacy Policy

Contact information and payment method are required to make an appointment. This is so that clear communication of details and reminders can occur in a timely manor between you and your technician/s. Your private information, including but not limited to, appointment history, payment details, health history, and/ or contact information is securely stored in our Lash & Snatch client database. Your information is never sold or shared outside of this database.
